Justin Governale is a Former Marine Scout Sniper, Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, standup comic, and completed a grueling 21-day challenge on Season 15 of Discovery Channel’s Naked & Afraid. He’s also a dog rescue advocate, Purple Heart recipient, former MMA fighter, and published writer. Governale is a graduate of Cal State Long Beach University and uses dark humor as a way to process life’s chaos—turning trauma, pain, and absurdity into laughter. His comedy walks the line between healing and hell, reminding audiences that laughter isn’t just an escape, it’s the common ground where broken people come together and realize we’re all just trying to survive the same joke.
