Where are you located?
We have three locations: Two in Manhattan (Midtown and East Village) and one in Stamford, CT (45 mins by train). Please refer to your ticket confirmation, and click here, to make sure you are going to the right place!
Is there a drink minimum?
Yes. $20-showroom minimum purchase per person, which means orders placed from your seat! This includes drinks and snacks. Popcorn, Pringles, pretzels. That’s it. There is also NY tax and an 18% gratuity.
How does seating work? Can I sit with my friends?
First come, first served! Seating will be assigned based on on-time check in by party, as purchased. We cannot guarantee larger parties will be seated together or that tickets purchased separately can be combined at larger tables.
What if I’m bringing a group?
For groups of 9+, please email email@example.com.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Nope! You can show them to us on your phone.
Can I buy a ticket at the box office?
Yes, but it’s better to buy them in advance since many shows sell out!
When do doors open?
30 mins prior to showtime.
What if I’m running late?
Late seating is not guaranteed, but if we are able to seat you, it will be subject to space availability and not guaranteed to be within your purchased tier. To ensure admission, please arrive prior to showtime. Ideally, 30 minutes prior.
What if I miss my show?
Let us know in advance, and we will help you to select a future show, pending availability. No-shows will not be rebooked. No refunds or exchanges.
Do you offer discounts?
Select Monday performances are free for Military and Service Industry Professionals. Late night shows are $5 for college students. See ticket purchase pages for ID requirements and other details. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to hear about additional deals and offers!
Is there a minimum age of admission?
Yes. 18 and up. Or 16 and up if accompanied by an adult at their discretion.
Can I take pictures or video during the show?
