At New York Comedy Club, we provide our comics with clips of their sets. Below is a list of answers to frequently asked questions.

Where can I find my clips?

If you are passed at our clubs, they are automatically uploaded to your clips folder. You will access them via the original link you received when you got passed at the club. Please look through your emails for this link. The link should also be on your  avails page - if you don't see if there please email us at cliprequest@newyorkcomedyclub.com so we can add it.

If you are not passed at our clubs, you can request clips for $25 each by emailing cliprequest@newyorkcomedyclub.com

How long does it take for my clip to appear in my folder?

Typically, it will be uploaded within 72 hours. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, though. If the clip you’re looking for hasn’t appeared after five business days, please email us at cliprequest@newyorkcomedyclub.com.

Do you offer editing services?

Yes we offer basic clip editing services for Instgram Reels, Tiktok, etc. starting at $50 per clip. Please email cliprequest@newyorkcomedyclub.com to discuss.

What can I do if the audio isn’t working?

Sorry but if there is no audio on the video, there may have been technical issues during the recording. This doesn’t happen often, but when it does, there is no way for us to recover the audio.

Why am I getting an error message when I try to download my link?

Sometimes, when multiple comics try to download their clips at the same time, the server slows down and an error may appear. Please try again later. If the error persists, please email us at and let us know.
