Myq Kaplan is a comedian named Myq Kaplan (pronounced “Mike Kaplan” when done correctly or however you like, he’s not picky). The Comedians magazine calls him “a comedy machine, in the best possible way. The way that some machines vend soda or prevent other machines from killing future revolutionaries – that’s how Myq Kaplan does comedy: relentlessly, methodically, unblinkingly.” Myq just made his debut on “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien,” and his half-hour “Comedy Central Presents” special will appear in 2010 (a year for which Punchline Magazine says to watch out for Myq). He has also appeared on Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham,” at the New Faces show of the 2009 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, was voted 2008’s Best Local Comedian in the Boston Phoenix, and won the 2009 NY’s Funniest Standup Competition. A Jewy-ish vegan atheist who spells the name “Mike” weird, Myq enjoys words, social justice, Netflix, and comic books. Also non-comic books, ping-pong, and being great with women. And grammar and run-on sentence fragments. And of course, being hilarious to his demographic, which is anyone who might know the word “demographic.”

Gondelman is also the author of the essay collection "Nice Try: Stories of Best Intentions and Mixed Results" published September 2019 by Harper Perennial. And, if you remember this far back, he was the co-creator of the popular Modern Seinfeld Twitter account. Josh’s album "Dancing On a Weeknight" came out in 2019 on Blonde Medicine Records. (His prior album "Physical Whisper" debuted in March of 2016 at #1 on the iTunes comedy charts (as well as #4 on the Billboard comedy chart) and stayed there for…well…longer than he expected, honestly.) His writing has also appeared in prestigious publications such as McSweeney’s "Internet Tendency", "New York Magazine", and "The New Yorker". For a while he had his own game show podcast called "Make My Day" that was a lot of fun. You can still listen to it if you’d like. Why wouldn’t you? It’s new to you. That’s probably more information than you need, but hey…he did these things and he’s proud of himself, okay?

SHULI EGAR truly knows that if you’re going to make it in comedy, you’ve got to hustle. His start in stand up began with him bombing every night in nearly empty casinos along the Las Vegas Strip. But in 2002 Shuli’s luck would change. That’s when he met the one and only Howard Stern. SHULI’s love for The Howard Stern Show started in middle school. He moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles to start his stand-up career and was a frequent caller to the Stern Show. After seven years of weekly calls, he was invited to play a round of blackjack with Stern and his gang while the show was in Las Vegas. As it happened, he won more than just money gambling at the table that day. Despite having no journalism experience, Shuli was brought on as a correspondent for the Howard 100 News team and has been reporting on all things Howard ever since. In addition to his work on the Stern Show, Shuli co-hosts The Jay Thomas Show, the Dr. Harry Fisch Show on Sirius XM, and he has contributed to the Scott Ferrall Show and Miserable Men. In the hard-hitting New York comedy world, D.C. Benny is a heavyweight contender. His nickname “D.C.” was given to him by Harlem’s legendary host; “Uncle” Jimmy Mack, who sadly passed away in the 2014 Tracy Morgan car accident. Benny’s unusual style of telling autobiographical stories, inhabited by original characters has been sharpened for almost thirty years as a performer. His personal essays, stories, and articles have been featured in New York Magazine, The New York Observer, Narratively, and Heeb Magazine. Benny’s diverse fan base know him from a wide range of appearances; his “White Boy Rips The Apollo” clip with almost ten million views, his Comedy Central Presents, one the of the network’s highest-rated half-hour specials, as a top eight finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, his role as Caesar in John Singleton’s feature film “Illegal Tender”, as “Chaz” on the soap opera “As The World Turns”, and national commercials for Verizon, Dell, Volkswagon, Wendy’s, AIG, as well as the Budweiser “How You Doin’?” superbowl spots campaign. His weekly comedic story-telling show, Urban Myth, became an underground staple, where performers such as Dave Chappelle, Robert Kelley, Jim Gaffigan, Jim Norton, Jay Oakerson, Kevin Hart, Mike Epps, and SNL’s Dean Edwards would tell their true, funny, stories, to a packed house at The Zinc, a downtown New York jazz bar. Currently, Benny co-hosts the story-telling podcast “Tall But True” with his friend, Cash Cab’s Ben Bailey, where guests like Ray Romano, Dom Irrera, Colin Quinn, Adam Ferrara, Artie Lange, and Bill Burr share funny stories and talk smack. Benny lives in Brooklyn where he fiddles around with old Land Rovers when he is supposed to be helping his wife run her natural skincare business.
