Samuel Comroe was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, into a family of nine (five sisters and one brother). Samuel Comroe grew up in a loud, raucous, and fun-loving environment. With such vivacious characters for siblings, it was an environment that forced any shyness out of him right away and instead created an individual unafraid of being the center-of-attention. In the third grade, after being diagnosed with Tourette syndrome, Comroe suffered his fair share of teases and taunts from peers who didn’t understand his curious condition. Although this affected his self-esteem and confidence throughout his childhood, as he entered high school in a different district (and on the heels of advice from his father that he could be an entirely new person), Comroe made a conscious decision to no longer let bullying affect him, rather laugh along with the bullies. For example, on his first day as a high school freshman, Sam was being picked on by two intimidating seniors, and instead of backing off, he decided to laugh with them. This small act changed the rest of his high school career and led him to his future in stand-up comedy. He saw how much more respect he got from just having fun with himself.
During his junior year at Canoga Park High School, Samuel joined play production and began acting in school productions, taking leads in shows such as Arsenic and Old Lace, Grease, and The Odd Couple, and performing in various acting competitions. The love and joy that stemmed from entertaining audiences led him to see that he could parlay his natural ability to make others laugh into an actual career. So, during his junior year, with the approval of the school administration, Comroe began performing stand-up in the school auditorium during lunch, charging fifty cents for admission and donating all proceeds to his class. As Comroe states, “The pure excitement and joy of performing is all I need.” Sam continued performing half-hour lunch shows throughout his junior and senior years of high school.
After graduation, Sam went to community college for two semesters before deciding that he wanted to pursue stand-up comedy as a real career. Additionally, Comroe continued acting in plays with lead roles at Pierce College’s community theatre and with Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre in North Hollywood. At the same time, he began going to the Third Street Promenade at Santa Monica and performed his comedy on the streets for tips, as well as going to open mic auditions all over Los Angeles. It was during this time in his stand-up career that Sam cultivated his unique brand of observational and self-deprecating humor, focusing on his life with Tourette Syndrome.
Since then, Samuel Comroe has gained management and become a regular at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank. He is also a regular at comedy clubs around Los Angeles, such as The Ice House and the Improv. He has also started gaining more recognition outside of Los Angeles, traveling regularly to perform his comedy at venues all over the nation. He has won numerous comedy competitions, most recently placing in the top eight and one comic at the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas and becoming a Top Ten Finalist in the NBC Stand-Up for Diversity showcase. He is now opening for comedians such as Joey Medina, Tom Green, Gallagher, Don Friesen, and James P Connolly, just to name a few. He is one of the most energetic, engaging, and friendly up-and-coming comedians.

Named one of Rolling Stone’s five comics to watch, Ryan’s appearances on NBC's Last Comic Standing, Conan, Comedy Central's Live at Gotham, and the Showtime special Caroline Rhea and Friends, Ryan is on his way to establishing himself as one of the country's favorite stand-ups. With immediate comic charisma and a crisp, clean writing style, Ryan is sought after for his ability to perform for a variety of audiences while making each show an individual and unique experience. With an extensive touring schedule, he often finds himself far from his Idaho roots and currently makes his home in New York City. Much of his trademark humor comes from that unique contrast. He's become known among industry insiders as the fastest rising star, racking up local and national comedy competition wins and festival appearances. He most recently won the Great American Comedy Festival in Norfolk, Nebraska, which honors the roots of Johnny Carson. He has also won the National MVP award for The Comedy Leagues competition at the Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival. Prior to that, he won Sierra Mist's America's Next Great Comic Search, was a two-time finalist at the Boston Comedy Festival competition, and appeared at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival as an up and coming talent. Rob Little’s outlook on life can be summed-up in two words: Pure Optimism. At a young age, he developed and nurtured an upbeat philosophy about life. "In elementary school, kids would always pull food away from me at lunchtime saying mean, hurtful things like… ’Let go of my sandwich!’" Fortunately, Rob’s ability to see things in a positive light, coupled with his desire to make people laugh, has served him well. While working in a lucrative position as a computer programmer for IBM, he decided to take a huge risk. The Detroit-born comic sent out an ALL-company e-mail that read "If you aren’t happy here, quit your job and follow your dream." IBM promptly gave him his walking papers, but getting fired was a blessing for Rob and comedy lovers nationwide. He now enjoys an incredibly successful career as a standup comedian and with an impressive and growing portfolio of television and film appearances, he is quickly earning national recognition. Watch Rob in action, and you’ll agree that he is one of the very best stand-up comedians in the country. A sketch comedy player on the Fox Sports Net Show, "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" and "Last Call with Carson Daly," Little uses his training from the world famous Second City Comedy Club to create routines that are inventive, funny, spontaneous, and completely unique. He headlines clubs and colleges all over the country, has appeared in national television commercials and on such shows as “Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew,” Comedy Central’s “Distraction,” Fox News and SiTV’s “Latino Laugh Festival.” He also earned a role on the CBS network summer hit series, “Fire me Please.” Rob’s recently released 2nd comedy DVD/CD, “Haulin’ Ass,” is another testament to his talent and status as a comedic force. Having established himself as one of the funniest, most progressive, new comedians in the country, it’s easy to understand why entertainment bookers call him "The Future of comedy with more contagious energy than the Energizer Bunny." The Detroit Free press selected him as Michigan’s “Best up and Coming Comedian,” and he earned the title of “finalist” in both the Seattle and San Francisco International Comedy Competitions. Rob was also selected as a feature performer at the Chicago Comedy Festival along with the Boston Comedy and Movie Festival. And in 2007 Rob was named Maxim Magazine’s “Real Man of Comedy”. Don’t let the "Little" name fool you. Little is BIG! "Yeah, I’m big, and all my relatives are too. Heck, we just got our family portrait done by aerial photography. And there are only three of us." The truth is, Rob is big in more ways than one. With a grin on his face, a gleam in his eye, and a passion for comedy that is larger than life, he’s the biggest thing to happen to comedy in a long, long time.

I’m a standup comedian based in New York City and I’ve been doing standup for over 20 years. I was born and raised in Buffalo NY, and now my wife and I live in Rockland County NY with our cat, a dog, and a baby girl. Not to mention my wife’s mom and her boyfriend also live with us. Yes, pretty brutal.
Tom Ryan has been a full time standup comedian for over twenty years. He has made two appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman.
Since he was about 10 years old, Tom wanted to be a standup comedian. The first standup comedy he ever heard was Bill Cosby’s debut album that contained the famous Noah routine. Over the next few years, he also became a fan of David Brenner, Woody Allen and George Carlin. He listened to Carlin’s “FM and AM” album over and over again until he had it completely memorized. He used to recite the entire album to whoever would listen.
At 26, he left an insurance job in his hometown of Philadelphia to move to Florida where he got a job at a local golf course. The job lasted only 3 weeks. Ryan says, “Losing that job was the best thing that ever happened to me because it forced me to confront exactly what I wanted to do with my life.” He took a job as a doorman at the newly opened Comedy Corner in West Palm Beach. It was the lowest paying but most valuable job he ever had. It provided him with a complete comedy education watching acts such as Jerry Seinfeld, Dennis Miller and Bill Hicks.
It was not long before Tom made his stage debut. Within two years he was working full time as a comedian. Since then Tom Ryan has worked steadily at comedy clubs, concert venues, corporate functions and colleges across the U.S. In addition to his Letterman appearances, he has also been featured on Showtime, A&E, Comedy Central and NBC. He has performed as the opening act in concert for B.B. King, Natalie Cole, Jeff Beck, Earth, Wind and Fire, Aretha Franklin, Tim Allen, Steven Wright, Jerry Seinfeld, and Dennis Miller just to name a few.
His original style makes it easy for him to write for special events. He has contributed monologue jokes to the award winning “Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher” and regularly headlines corporate events including Continental Airlines, Compaq, Morgan Stanley and Church and Dwight.
Tom believes that the best comedy comes from the most unlikely sources. Here is an example from his act: “I was driving around the other day and my oil light came on. But that little symbol looks nothing like an oil can. When it first came on I thought well, apparently my car is low on gravy.”
